* Orders can be placed by simply filling out the order form online, faxing the completed order form, or calling us to place your order. We love to talk to our clients and answer any questions you may have. 727-368-6142

* After we receive your order form information, we will e-mail an invoice and we can begin production after we receive the 50% deposit on orders over $250. We will require 100% payment for orders under $250 and Rush Orders before production begins.

* After receipt of your deposit or full payment, you will receive your first proof of the Invitation via e-mail or fax within 24-48 hours. Review the proof and fax, or e-mail any changes you wish to make or with your signature approval to proceed without making any changes. We will modify the design until you are satisfied with the proof and sign off on your final version of your invitation.

* Your order will not be printed until the proof is approved with your signature to print your order. Once client has approved proof, Moore Creative is not responsible for any errors in spelling or content.

* We will begin production after receipt of approved copy. Most Wedding Invitation Sets ship within 15 business days. Most Birth Announcements and other Invitations usually ship within 7-10 business days of approved copy. Orders placed and paid for in advance of birth, will reserve the necessary announcement materials and will ship in 4-5 business days of approved copy.

* Occasionally, a supplier issue can cause a delay, if this occurs, the client will be notified immediately and all steps will be taken to rush the order once available.

* We will notify you when your order is ready to ship via e-mail and collect the balance of your invoice prior to shipping.

* All special orders & orders of 250+ pieces are quoted a shipping timetable upon completion of design.

* All invitations are priced as noted with their description. Please contact us for discounts on quantities over 150 pieces.

* Shipping is calculated based on your location and type of shipping required and is to be paid by customer in addition to invitation pricing. US Postal Service Priority Mail is the typical shipping method. Moore Creative is not responsible for items damaged during shipping and shipping insurance is made available through the postal service.

* We are available to our clients 7 days a week and will do everything possible to make your Invitations a memorable keepsake for both you and your family and friends.
