After we receive your order form information, we will confirm your details by phone, fax or e-mail. A start up fee of $75 or 50% of your order total (whichever is greater) is required. This fee is credited towards your order total.

A proof will be transmitted to you, either by e-mail, fax or postal mail for approval. We will provide you with up to three electronic proofs as well as the agreement letter. Should you require additional proofs, they are available at $25 per proof. After proof approval, we will send you an agreement letter, along with a final copy of the proof. You can note revisions directly on the proof sheet. Both the final proof, along with the revisions (if necessary) and the agreement letter must be signed and faxed or mailed back to us before production begins.

The remainder of your balance is then due. We will begin production on your order. It is IMPORTANT to carefully review the proof to make sure it meets your expectations – wording, justification, fonts and motifs. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and wording. Your jobs will be printed exactly as shown on the proof.

Your order will not be printed until the proof is approved with your signature to print your order. Once client has approved proof, Moore Creative is not responsible for any errors in spelling or content.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal and Business checks (which will be held until clearance)

We will begin production after receipt of approved copy. Most Wedding Invitation Sets ship within 15 business days. Most Birth Announcements and other Invitations usually ship within 7-10 business days of approved copy. Orders placed and paid for in advance of birth, will reserve the necessary announcement materials and will ship in 4-5 business days of approved copy.

Occasionally, a supplier issue can cause a delay, if this occurs, the client will be notified immediately and all steps will be taken to rush the order once available.

A 25% rush surcharge is added to wedding Invitation orders needed prior to our 4-week lead time (approval is based on product availability and production schedules)

We will notify you when your order is ready to ship via e-mail. Invitations will ship via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured and order tracking is included. Shipping is calculated based on your location and type of shipping required and is to be paid by customer in addition to invitation pricing. |
All special orders & orders of 200+ pieces are quoted a shipping timetable upon completion of design.
