How long before my event should I order my invites? It’s recommended that you send out invitations six to eight weeks before event. If you’ll be inviting out-of-town guests and would like to send out “save-the-date cards,” we can design those to match the rest of your wedding package. Those cards should be sent out 4-6 months prior to the wedding. Your wedding invitations, wedding stationery and formal event invitations should be ordered 4-6 months prior to the date of the event. It is never too early to order your invitations. For totally custom invitations, we require additional time to work with the client on a one on one basis.
Is there a minimum order? We do require a minimum $100 Invitation order, so if you need a small number of Invitations, please see our coordinating custom Thanks you notes or Paper Accessories that can be ordered to match your motif or theme.
Can I order the extra items offered without ordering invites? You can order any or all of the items that we offer. Don’t hesitate to ask us for something we may not have listed on the site. We’re open to discussing anything you’d like to order for your special occasion. We require a 50% deposit on order over $250. This fee is credited towards your order total. We require 100% payment for orders under $250 as well as Rush Order before we will begin the Invitation production. We will then provide you with up to three electronic proofs and an agreement letter. These must be signed and faxed/emailed back to us. The remainder of your order balance is then due (if applicable). Florida residents are required to pay 7% tax.
What are my payment options? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and money orders.
Can I order a sample to be mailed to me? Due to the nature of handmade and custom invitations, it is costly to send out samples. We offer samples of each invite at the rate of $10 -$25 per sample depending upon design. |

How long does it take to complete an order? All invitations & cards are handmade. Time frame depends on the complexity of the invitation and quantity. An average order of 100 invitations will normally take around 4 weeks to complete. We do offer rush jobs at 25% over the regular price.
How does the whole process work? After you have selected your invitation and entered your wording using our easy to use online Moore Creative Custom Invitation/Contact Form. We will contact you via email to let you know we have received your order. We will then set up your work and send a .pdf proof to you via email for your approval. After you have approved the invitation, we will then send a final sample (see ordering samples above for details) in the mail for you to see and feel. Production will begin after you have given us your approval either by email or fax and we have received your 50% deposit, either by check, money order, or credit card. The remaining owed, including shipping costs, is due at time of shipping.
After I receive the proof can I still make changes? You can make changes to your order until we have received your approval and we begin producing your order. Changes after that will be charged accordingly.
If I like parts of one invitation and pieces of another what can you do? Most of our work is custom so we can change any part of the invitation to fit your needs. We encourage creativity.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order and the final destination. We will give you shipping estimates upon the completion of your order. |

| o A proof will be transmitted to you, either by electronic mail, fax or by postal mail for approval. If desired, a finished and assembled invitation can be produced for a fee of $25. |
| o After proof approval, we will send you an agreement letter, along with a final copy of the proof. You can note revisions directly on the proof sheet. Both the final proof, along with the revisions (if necessary) and the agreement letter need to be signed and mailed or faxed back to us. |
| o The remainder of your order balance is then due. We will then begin production on your order. It is IMPORTANT to carefully review the proof to make sure it meets your expectations - wording, justification, fonts, and motifs. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and wording. Your jobs will be printed exactly as shown on proof. |
| o Invitations will ship via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured and order tracking is included. |
| I'm interested in a custom wedding invitation |
| Yes. For a truly custom design - using your vision and the artistry of our designers, a non-refundable $300 retainer is required. The fee is in addition to materials and labor. We will provide you with a total project quote upon request. |
What are your printing methods? We cater to your taste and budget by offering an assortment of printing methods. We offer basic offset printing in standard black and pantone colors. Our invitations are priced for black and colored offset (flat ink) printing. Additional printing methods and finishes are available for an additional charge. Please let us know what your needs are and we will be happy to provide pricing information. |
What options are available? There are many options available to customize your order. For nominal fees, we can print your main envelopes and reply envelopes with your return address, customize ink colors, and add on different styles of ribbon, raffia and ties. We can incorporate sea ornaments, custom photos, pressed flowers, silver finished charms, leather, and grosgrain ribbon- options are endless! Inquire about a custom order! |
